You can have dogs in soap lake, you can have cats, but you cannot have chickens in your yard.

Can you have pet pigs named porky?

Some Script For The Soap Opera At Soap Lake

An Interview With William F. Loan the Adopted Father of the Infinite Freedom Foundation of Grant County

By Alex S.Gabor, a pen name of the Infinite Freedom Foundation and the Church of Infinitology.

William F. Loan is an 84 year old soap lake resident and is one of he main characters of the Soap Opera at Soap Lake which is based on a true story. This is just one episode which encapsulates scenes of many separate incidents. There are 888 Episodes for the Soap Opera at Soap Lake already written but yet to be published.

What do you think of me Bill?

"You cover a lot of ground when you talk to someone on the phone. I can think better on the phone than when I am talking to someone in person. You cut me off constantly when I talk to you in person. That girl who was here from Seattle, you just kept cutting her off and I gave you hell right in front of her. Guess she thought I was rude but you just kept cutting her off and you do that to everybody. You oughta shape up or ship out, one or the other. (Evil Laugh)."

What would you think of supporting an ordinance in the City of Soap Lake that would ban all cars downtown within a square block of Main and Daisy Street?

"I don't know of any town in America that has a pure health environment. If you had an ordinance in a town like Soap Lake that banned cars and pollution generating vehicles such as ATV's or gasoline powered bikes, I don't think that town would make it. It would put a damper on business, and if you don't allow cars you're screwed. You gotta allow people to make a living for Christs Sake! We are out here in the God Damn Desert!"

You've met and spoken with Michael Eugene Power of Soap Lake. What is your opinion of Mike Power?
"Mike Power is the only person I know of that has stood up to the vandals and thieves since I moved to Soap Lake in 1976. The vandals have stolen more than $25,000 worth of valuables from me over the past thirty five years. People have told me I am imagining things and I must be going loony tunes, all kinds of shit like that, well it doesn't do me any good. They don't control my thoughts or that shit but it has stopped now. Ever since we started getting a new power structure in Soap Lake. You're going to see changes here that you haven't seen in a long time. Certain people control the Northwest, and others control the East Side. There are a bunch of local gangster wannabe's who have tagged walls all over Soap Lake. I have been under the suppression and direction of these kinds of assholes for more than 50 years. I am not one bit happy about it. I didnt know Mike Power in those days and even if I had known him chances are nothing would change. I don't think he is going to be doing anything about it. Its gone on for too many years. Too many people are scared to do anything about it. Back when I was in my twenties I was pissing and moaning about all the shit that was going on and there were guys that were saying I they didn't don't cuz I won't be alive when the shit hits the fan, so thats the reason why I was one man standing up against a giant god damn bear that is twenty or sixty stories high who is not going to be able to do anything about it."

What do you think of Alex S. Gabor and his Infinite Freedom Foundation?

"Alex S. Gabor covers a lot of territory when he writes. He sure knows how to express himself with words. His verbal acoustic rants and raves are kind of radical. He is very radical in his philosophy. I just have to say that and mean it. He is so god damned radical sometimes I'd like to tell him to shut up! He makes people pissed off and thats about as far as I should say. He just pisses people off because he yells...ha ha ha hah! Well radical is the word for it. That's the way it is, he is a Radical Writer, radical speaker, its like too much is enough!"

You have an evil laugh Bill Loan.

"I never heard anyone tell me I had an evil laugh, maybe I am an evil person too, you suppose? I don't think I am an evil person."

Do you see evil around you?

"Evil is a different word than we use, we don't use evil any more like they used to use evil. Evil is something I cannot describe really."

Do you think the Mayor of Soap Lake is evil?

"Evil is something that is heart set and deep. I think the Mayor is evil is because he carries it forward over a period of many months and years. That's what evil amounts to. Its not just some little thing, like a mistake or an error, its a long term thing. An error in judgement. Evil is something that is thought about, planned, orchestrated, negative thoughts, something that is ongoing over a long period of time."

Do you think the mayor ordering someones water shut off by tearing out their water meter at the hands of 8 soap lake employees when they have a credit balance on their account is evil?

"They didn't have a shut off installed in the main so the only way to shut it off was take out the meter. It's wrong. That might be a mistake, they didn't have the valve on the main."

If someone plots, plans and uses their power as a Mayor over a period of a year to shut off someones water without sending them a proper legal notice, and then buying the property after foreclosure causing the family in the house to become homeless in the name of a corporation that the mayor controls or has an equity interest in, do you consider that evil?

"What started in November of 2009 was that a man was moved into a house in Soap Lake on 117 North Fern Street that was going into foreclosure by its legal and rightful owner. The tenant was assigned the task of obtaining justice for the owner had been defrauded of $15,000 of his hard earned money at the hands of local Realtors, mortgage brokers, Bank of America and Merrill Lynch and these various intermediaries in between that overinflated the value of property in soap lake by more than 500% over a twenty year period.

"The Mayor ordered the water meter taken out when it was discovered that the man in the house was none other than The Penny King himself, a man who in reality is a fictional character, but who on the Internet and around the World Wide Web is in fact the worlds first trillionaire and the inventor of Thoughtware, a technology that gives people psychic power beyond any humans wildest dreams.

"The fact that the Mayor now owns the property at 117 North Fern is a total conflict of interest and yes, this whole incident is evil.

"Merrill Lynch is evil too. They were recently fined ten million dollars for trading on the conversations of clients with their own money."

Do you think the City of Soap Lake needs a new mayor?

"Yeh sure, get him the hell out of there."

Do you know anyone qualified to replace Wayne Hovde as the Mayor of Soap Lake?

"Yes, Dave Ready, Barney Berg might be a good Mayor but he says he wants nothing to do with the City I think has he not? That's just hearsay because I didn't hear it directly from him but yeh, he is qualified. There are quite a few people qualified but I can't think of them right now."

What did you think about me saving someones life in soap lake during a seizure?

"There's a whole big question about some of those things. She has not got the readout of her blood tests yet and I think she has asked for it but she should have that information. There is a question about what went into her system. So I don't know. I think you oughta let it slide for a while. We shouldn't talk to anyone about her incident."

So I shouldn't brag about saving someones life right?

"Not until all the facts are in."

What did you think of that poem I wrote?

"I would throw it out. Did you send it to someone?"

No but what if I told you I used it to cast a spell on someone?

"Well it's kind of silly. Even if you used it to cast a spell then it's still silly? Did you send that to her?"

No.

"Did you tell it to her?"

No.

"You've written something you haven't done anything with?"

Yes.

"Well I would throw it away, forget it, throw it in the wastebasket!"

Why?

(Huffily) "Well I wouldn't send it to her. I don't know. It's not real good taste. It's all right in some respects but I don't know! I don't know. It's just I don't know, kind of questionable, that's all."

Whats questionable about it?

"Read it again to me and I'll tell ya."

"Those first two or three lines are radical, its kind of harsh."

Why?

"Well you have no right to make her your Queen. You have no rights and you know you damn well you don't. Take right out."

"And the first line of that thing, I think I'd eliminate it. Its pretty brash I'd say. You can rewrite that and make it a little nicer."

What do you think of the Infinite Freedom Foundation buying pennies from people in grant county, mostly Soap Lake?

"It's a radical idea, but not many people are going to understand it unless you fully explain it to them like you have to me. Once you explain it without all the political crap attached to it then it really make sense. LOL"

Do you think if we present the Mayor with all the facts about his corruption, his evil actions, his conflicts of interest, his negligence and the harm he has caused to dozens of residents in soap lake since he took office seven years ago, do you think he would voluntarily resign his office?

No!

Why not?

Because he's the only one that would see it. You'd have to have it publicized in the Grant County Journal or brought before the City Council, or the Grant County Commissioners...the City Council runs the town, not the town Mayor.

Mike Power says that the Mayor and Police chief run the town.

"No they don't."

How does the city council run the town and does the city council have the power to remove a mayor?

"They have the power to vote for impeachment and whoever's in the majority on any particular question or issue is what they do."

Why do you think we should get a new Mayor right away?

"According to Dee Black, he used to be Mayor and he used to be on the council and he got pissed off about the whole matter, he said Wayne Hovde is nuts and crazy with power and he says he didn't want nothing to do with it (City Council) any more so he quit. He was one of the main people in this town who worked his ass of to get things straightened around. The Mayor used to be boss of the Police. Now its the council that is the boss of everything and that is what is wrong. They don't know what the Mayor is really up to behind their backs, behind everyone's back."

At Vista.com you can get 250 free business cards, a free pen, and a free magnetic sign for your truck. Would you like to have me order for you these things for your landscaping business? Your only expense is the shipping and the cost varies between how fast you want the items shipped. Are you in?

"No thanks, I don't need business cards in this town, everyone in this town knows me already and what I do."

Mike Power says he wants to spend money on Bumper Stickers saying “I’m Not a SL Cop Sucker” which would cost $300! Should he spend the money?

"HA HA HA HA HA HA Oh Jesus...no don't spend the money, not with those words!"

"I've had a thousand business cards. The thieves stole them so all the time I was mowing lawns I didn't have them. If I had anything made I would have the Purple Coyote print up cards that said I would be cleaning up goat heads free of charge in the alley ways so if I got a magnetic sign I'd use the name "Alley Cats" on the sign. I believe in business cards. On my business cards it just says 'Bill Loan Yard Service' and it says what I do, but I had to mark out the mowing because I cant do that any more. I'm going to throw my cards away now because I can't work any more. I can only drive workers around."

Recently you got a letter in the mail from the City of Soap Lake demanding $50 for a business license which was due in December and they are threatening in the letter to add $50.00 to the bill if I you don't pay it by March 31st, 2011. What did you tell Karen Dillon, the Clerk at the city before you got that letter in the mail?

"I told her I am not going to be doing that any more so I don't need a business license and she said you are right, then I get this letter from a different person and the word apparently didn't get passed on, that's kind of normal for government places, you know."

What are you going to do about it Bill?

"I'm going down there Monday and make arrangements. We do have to have a business license if I'm driving someone else around to do work in Soap lake. Thats the way its going to be, tough shit but thats the way it works. There's only one thing that pisses me off about a business license. In order to make a profit at $50 I have to mow someones lawn for three weeks. But Marina, (former City Council Member and former Mayor of Soap Lake) can make a $50 profit in an hour selling booze, thats where I say the business license is bullshit. It's unfair."

So do you believe that if someone has a talent in some area like lawn mowing then they shouldn't have to pay some Nazi Government Officials a fee to exercise that talent?

"Why should I pay $50 for a business license when it takes me three weeks to get my $50 back on one customer and another business gets their $50 back just by serving drinks? Its not fair in that respect."

What would you say to what Mike Carter of the Seattle Times wrote to me a few months ago:

Mike Carter wrote:

"I've read what you've written so far. None of it would make it into print here. Powers' dispute with his neighbor is a civil matter. There is no evidence that you or Powers have shown me of police corruption. The chief's web page, (Facebook) which I'll admit is a little over the top for the chief of a four member department, contains nothing I thought was problematic. You mention a grand jury? Where? You mention that the chief has been in trouble with his higher ups in the state. Who would that be? Most chiefs are locally hired and answer only to the mayor or council.

Finally, the stories are confusing. The petition is unintelligible. I would need to see some real evidence of wrongdoing before I'd be interested in pursuing this."

"He doesn't know all the facts, he doesn't know all the background and you probably didn't tell him. I don't know. He's going to be a hard man to convince of anything because he has already pretty much made up his mind about your communication with him don't you think?

What do you know about the Mike Power Incidents?

"According to Mike Power when 911 was called they didn't come to the person who called, instead they went to the scene of the crime so to speak and talked to the perpetrator of the crime in both instances and got their story first.

"This happened twice and then Mike Power got arrested without being questioned by Law Enforcement. When he called the Prosecuting Attorney's Office Mike Shay told Mike Power they were just 'covering their asses'.

"That's why they had a four hour meeting at the Water Department after Mike Power was assaulted by a Soap Lake Employee during the period when legal papers were being served on the City of Soap Lake for the civil rights violations committed at 117 North Fern, next to Mike Power's home.

"Later when Kelly Olsick, a minor who was charged with making bomb threats at the Soap Lake High School, according to Mike Power's Attorney, Olsick assaulted Gabor with a golf club and accused Mike Power of violating a restraining order Power and Gabor were both arrested. Power's case goes to trial in April. "

Why did the Mayor show up both times when Power was arrested?

"I don't know, that's a good question."

Why did the Mayor take out restraining orders against Mike Power, using false evidence appearing real, and then violate his own restraining order by buying the house next to Power at 117 North Fern Street from ABC Properties in Moses Lake and being within 100 feet of Mike Power for two weeks straight while he takes all the writing off the wall in the house that contained evidence of soap lake corruption?

"I don't know, I never saw the writing on the walls, but I know a lot of people who took pictures of what was written on the walls and what was going to happen in the future in Soap Lake."

Is the Mayor covering up all the evidence by buying the house and thinking he is going to make a prophet off the Soap Opera at Soap Lake?

"I don't know, I don't think the Mayor understands what is going on in his own town."

Would you like to volunteer on the grand jury?

"I can't. I only have one ear. They don't go for that kind of shit."Was all this evidence sent to the Seattle Times?"

Not yet!

"What was sent to the Seattle Times? What was sent to Mike Carter at the Seattle Times?"

A copy of a petition to remove Mayor Hovde and Police Chief Dorris and permanently ban them from servicing public office.Do you think we should send all the evidence to him?

"Apparently he turned down what you sent him already, he must not have filled in his own question marks."

Based on the information I just shared with you and your own personal experience do you think a grand jury investigation should be started?

"A Grand Jury my friend is a very expensive item. It'll cost a couple thousand just to get it started. They don't recommend that unless it's a murder or something really major like that. That fellow at the Seattle Times he more or less told you that that's a civil case of some sort. Mike Power was charged with a crime of violating a restraining order based on false information provided by a bomb threatening local terrorist and a corrupt police chief who has been negligent in his duties related to local legal law enforcement matters. Then in that instant you'd have to name some of those things he was negligent in."

Do you know how to get a grand jury started?

"Jesus Christ you can't get a grand jury together for just any old thing."

Facts and Evidence

Mike Power called 911 after being assaulted by a Soap Lake City Employee and the police never showed up to ask him what happened.

The Mayor, the Police Chief and the Employee involved (Darrel Frosman) in the assault spent four hours having a meeting at the location of where the incident happened at the Water and Sewer Department. They had the property barricaded with a garbage truck. When power called the prosecuting attorney in Grant County, Mike Shay said CTA. "They are Covering Their Assess!"

Mike Power had a lawyer draw up a letter about fearing for his life after the incident.

Mike Power was kicked out of Vans, Johns and has a restraining order which was obtained by the Mayor against him with false information provided by Karen Dillon and Mayor Wayne Hovde.

Karen Dillon sent a letter to the owner of a property at 117 North Fern where the Mayor has been working on remodeling for the past two weeks. The letter was sent to Jim Paulsen of Seattle who let Gabor move in and try to put together a short sale with Bank of America who later transferred the title to the property through MERS (Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems) to JP Morgan Chase. They never produced the note before the foreclosure was allowed to go through and the lis pendens on the property was ignored by the County, the title company, the Realtor and the new owner, Mayor Wayne Hovde and his company.

On January 3rd, 2010 Mayor Hovde ordered the Chief of Police and five soap lake sewer and water employees to remove Gabor Acs' water meter. At the time Jim Paulsen, the owner of the property who had given Gabor permission to live there, had a positive credit balance of $7.88 with the City of Soap Lake Water Department.

After removing the water meter and sending a billing to Gabor of $550 to turn the water back on, Gabor filed suit in Grant County Superior Court. Power was physcically assaulted by Frosman when Gabor was serving papers on the city at the water department two days later. The property was later foreclosed on after the city, through the Mayors Office, posted condemnation signs on both the house and the garage. Mayor Hovde along with a contractor has recently spent two weeks removing all the names and scenes written on the walls by Gabor before the house was foreclosed on. He wrote a script called the Soap Opera at Soap Lake which is now being shopped in Hollywood by his agents. He wrote 888 episodes in less than a year.

Gabor has a restraining order obtained by the Chief of Police to prevent him from tracking, stalking, being near or writing about the Police Chief Dorris. The order was issued based on wrong, false and misleading information mis-evaluated by a Judge who was slanted in favor of Dorris through a conflict of interest it is suspected by Gabor.

When Gabor was being assaulted by Kelly Olsick who was wielding a golf club driver at his head Power was calling 911 to report that a senior citizen was being assaulted, but the civil war between Power and the Olsick family started long before that incident which occurred last summer.

Power complained numerous times about the young under age Kelly Olsick who used to ride around with Officer Dustin Slaybach and other local Soap Lake Police Officers including Police Chief Dorris. Slaybach admitted to Gabor during a one on interview behind John’s grocery store that Kelly Olsick was a mistake and he was no longer riding around in Soap Lake Police Cars. Slaybach denied any knowledge of Olsicks felonious criminal history but did mention that he was famous for riding around on his Harley during a July 4th celebration last year.

Olsick threw rocks at Powers house. Olsick was charged with calling in bomb threats to the police and his father John is a convicted former meth dealer.

Tom Jones, the new Sherriff says that Dorris’s testimony cannot be impeached. Jones will not do anything about Hovde being within 100 feet of Power by working at the 117 North Fern Street property which next door to Power’s residence.

Power thinks restraining orders work both ways. “If I yelled over my fence anything at Hovde, I’d have to kill Jim Dorris because he would come into my home again without a warrant. He would do something stupid like that!” says Power.

“I told the FBI that if Jim Dorris ever set foot in my home again without probable cause and a warrant signed by a judge I would kill him for trespassing,” says Power.

Power has been charged with a misdemeanor for violating a restraining order taken out by John Olsick. The restraining order was thrown out by Judge Barlow.

Many police officers have been killed in Washington State lately and public safety is at risk when the Police and the Mayor are doing stupid things to their citizens.

My Story of Soap Lake

By Alex S. Gabor

The Governmental Power Structure in Soap Lake is currently not supportive of any new developments in Soap Lake, unless they are run and controlled by a small group managed by the current Mayor Hovde.

In fact government corruption in Soap Lake is so horrible; the current Mayor used the power of eminent domain to seize property to be used later for his own personal benefit and gain. (117 N. Fern Street).

An online petition has been published to have the Police Chief and the Mayor removed from Office. Many Soap Lake residents are so disgusted with what goes on in Soap Lake that they want to sell their properties at a loss and get out.

There are very few real thriving and prospering businesses in Soap Lake such as Happy Tails, a dog grooming facility owned by Victoria Barnett who came to Soap Lake to care for her dying father who passed away more than two years ago at age 84.

In order to survive in Soap Lake you need to be intelligent enough to play Monopoly, Chess and Baseball simultaneously.

One person who wants to form a club just to beat them at their own game is so fed up he is ready to board up his home and move to Canada or parts north of Soap Lake, but if he boards up his home it is likely to be vandalized by the local drug ring which is allegedly run by, or being neglectfully overseen by the Police Chief and the Mayor who tend to look at the wrong targets, wrong sources and arrest the wrong people for the wrong things.

Mike Carter of the Seattle Times recently wrote a very good article about local corruption in local small towns.

Michael Eugene Power, one of the most outspoken retired people in Soap Lake says that Officer Dustin Slaybach should be terminated immediately.

Slaybach recently was caught snooping in a home at the corner of Fern and Main where 911 was called for a woman after having a seizure. One witness who is part of a Federal Witness Protection Program observed Slaybach going into rooms, bathrooms, hall closets and other areas where he didn’t have a search warrant.

Slaybach says he is famous for having ridden his Harley Chopper at a 4th of July event in Soap Lake last year but some senior citizens are concerned that members of a radical Nazi hate group known as the Iron Pigs, composed of more than 500 police officers around the country, have ties to Soap Lake through the Police Chief.

Carter of the Seattle Times says that anyone belonging to the Iron Pigs is usually a corrupt cop or a Nazi. Police Chief Dorris is a proud sponsor of Iron Pigs according to his MySpace/Facebook web site.

The Federal Government has refused to intervene in local politics despite being fed more than 10,000 pages of documents by voluntary members of the Church of Infinitology and the Infinite Freedom Foundation.

Bill Loan, a Soap Lake resident for the past 22 years says that the vandals and mafia in Soap Lake have harassed him for the past twenty years, taking more than twenty five thousand dollars in valuable collectibles from inside his home. He leaves tools and gardening supplies strown all over his yard across from the post office and has gone into apathy about trying to protect what little he has left that is valuable in the collectible markets. “They stole my whole collection of antique coat hangars, some of them worth more than $300 each.”

Dave Ready says he is now ready to take on the government and is in the process of hiring Will P. Wilson and Associates as Political Consultants and Campaign Managers to implement what is being bandied about as Operation Oz, a top secret movement created by a small group of Operating Thetans from the Church of Scientology led by a Sea Org Member who pledged his life to honesty, integrity and clearing the planet of the corruption perpetuated by what all Scientologists call, “The Fourth Dynamic Engram”.

Carolyn Morton says she and her husband Gary moved to Ephrata from Soap Lake because they found the local corruption unbearable. “As a musician I need a safe space to Operate as a Thetan”, said Gary who has played with some great musicians during his 40 year career in the music industry. Soap Lake has not been safe as long as the drug dealers have run the town.
